Research
Our research addresses many important questions concerning sleep and mental health:

-
What happens to memories of adverse experiences during sleep ?
-
How does sleep help us to regulate our emotions ?
-
Can offline memory processing be harnessed as a therapeutic tool ?

We address these questions with a rigorous research programme that combines experimental psychology, cognitive neuroscience and psychophysiology
